My Healthy Eating Group is an online community where you can connect with other people who are working on healthy sustainable eating habits.

  • Receive over 40 videos covering all aspects of Healthy Eating including all you need to know about food groups, managing socialising, healthy eating when you’re travelling, takeaways and eating out, tips for combatting emotional eating and the lowdown on food shopping.
